Exercise devices
Exercise devices for horses have been on the market since many years. Initially used by veterinarians for the rehabilitation of injured horses, soon the equestrian sports world discovered the numerous advantages of exercisers for daily training. The exerciser can be transformed into a slope with a gradient of 8%. With this gradient the weight of the horse is shifted to the hindquarters, thus making it possible to work and develop all the important muscles in the horse's back and hindquarters. Trainers are delighted with the results as regards building up of muscle power and stamina.
Nowadays exercisers are a standard part of modern training facilities. They are very helpful and enable on efficient use of time and space.

Horses have to feel safe during the training.
The flexible rubber band is not guided by rollers as is usually the case with such devices. On this model the band runs via a robust steel plate. Thereby the pressure created by the hooves when they strike off is absorbed.
The surface is only 35 cm high and fixed with a solid, zinc-plated frame. This construction means total stability is also maintained during slope training. |
